Nothing is kept in stock. Each band is made after you ask for it, then shipped with care. Here is how long that takes, and what happens if the fit needs a second look.
Every commission ships with a reusable sizer. If the finished band needs a size change, we resize once free of charge within 30 days of delivery. After that window, resizing is available by enquiry at cost.
Because each piece is cut to your size and engraved for one person, we do not accept returns of completed custom bands for change of mind. If something arrives damaged or not as ordered, write to hello@eonfinejewelry.com within 7 days and we will make it right.
